No prior pole experience is required. Many members begin as complete beginners.
The Fluid Body Series is PoleBait’s core offering and ongoing group coaching experience. It’s designed to meet you where you are and support progressive strength, flow development, and embodied confidence over time — without the pressure of drop-ins or performance-based classes.
From there, members can choose to deepen their practice through private one-on-one coaching for more personalized support.
