FOR WOMEN READY TO FEEL THEIR STRENGTH. NOT JUST BUILD IT.
Polebait is a somatic pole haus. We train sensation first, strength through connection, and flow as self-expression.
Pole is just the bait.
Presence is what you reel in.
Pole is just the bait. Presence is what you reel in.
Our approach to pole
The Fluid Body Method is a somatic pole practice that begins where most classes never go — into your body's habits, patterns, and untapped instincts. Through breathwork, prompted freeflow, and progressive pole and movement training rooted in Laban technique and visual art, we build strength through sensation and self-knowledge.

This is not another pole class or studio. it's a practice.
“Truly nobody does it like Naya. I took her Fluid Body Series and it was such a treat coming in each week. Naya embodies intention, and you can feel that from her in her instruction, the way she speaks, how she carries herself, and in her physical space. I was searching for a gentle place where I could drop deeper into my body, gaining more awareness and freedom in my movement, and Naya guided me through this in a way that felt safe and sacred. Her teachings have carried over into other aspects of my life, helping me feel more confident in my work, relationships, etc.. Polebait isn’t your typical pole space, it’s a place of alchemy, and I highly recommend to anyone looking to deepen their connection with themself and others through movement.”

The fluid body method
Here’s how it moves
Every Session has Five Phases
-
Breathwork and grounding to regulate your nervous system and leave the outside world behind.
-
A prompted freeflow on the pole. No instructions. Just you, a creative prompt, and your body's honest response.
-
Progressive pole technique, strength, and choreography — woven with somatic prompts that connect movement to meaning.
-
A closing flow where everything you've practiced becomes yours. This is where the shift happens
-
Verbal reflection in community. You process what you felt, and you leave knowing your body differently.
Client Experience
“I came to PoleBait for tricks, but I left with fluidity, confidence, and poise far beyond what I imagined.”
— Anastasia M., Private Client
WHAT SHIFTS AT POLEBAIT
pole training that builds strength, regulation, and trust in your body.
-
Build grip integrity, mobility, and full-body control — and feel the difference in how you carry yourself outside the studio.
-
Through breathwork and somatic movement, learn to downregulate stress in real time, and leave sessions feeling more grounded than when you walked in.
-
When you trust your body on the pole, you start trusting it everywhere — the way you move, the way you speak, the way you take up space.
What Women Experience
“This place is transformative. Naya has created the most welcoming, intentional studio space that inspires connection with your body. During my time in the fluid body series I learned so much about myself as a dancer and about pole as an art form. Naya provided such insightful, personalized instruction that I still think about and use even many months later. Can’t recommend this place enough it is truly one of a kind.”
