The Fluid Body Method is a somatic pole practice that begins where most classes never go — into your body's habits, patterns, and untapped instincts. Through breathwork, prompted freeflow, and progressive pole training rooted in Laban technique and visual art, we build strength through sensation and self-knowledge.

  • Breathwork and grounding to regulate your nervous system and leave the outside world behind.

  • A prompted freeflow on the pole. No instructions. Just you, a creative prompt, and your body's honest response.

  • Progressive pole technique, strength, and choreography — woven with somatic prompts that connect movement to meaning.

  • A closing flow where everything you've practiced becomes yours. This is where the shift happens

  • Verbal reflection in community. You process what you felt, and you leave knowing your body differently.

  • PoleBait serves women navigating change — rebuilding their bodies after life shifts, stepping out of burnout, healing, or reclaiming sensuality and strength on their own terms.
    You don’t need to identify as a “pole dancer.” You just need curiosity, a body, and a desire to feel more present, powerful, and connected within it.

  • No prior pole experience is required. Many members begin as complete beginners.

  • PoleBait is not a traditional drop-in class studio.

  • PoleBait is based in a downtown Los Angeles, CA loft. Our boutique pole studio (aka haus) is a private space designed for intimacy, focus, and creativity. Full location details are shared upon booking or membership approval.

    We’re located on a quiet street with plenty of safe parking options, and a secured building.

    We also have virtual sessions for those outside of Los Angeles
