Long story short…i started pole two years ago, in the thick of the covid-19 pandemic, and got hooked. I was taking two classes a day six days a week, and i progressed very quickly. Pole did more than make me feel strong or sexy. It helped me to remember that it’s okay to be a beginner. It’s okay to try and fail, and then try again. It reminded me that consistency and passion are key, and results are different for every individual. My goal as a trainer is to teach the fundamentals while nurturing the elements that are specific to you in order for you to create and own your style.
