Flexibility & Strength Training
THE STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY LESSONS ARE DESIGNED TO BUILD ON THE STABILITY OF THE CORE, UPPER BACK, AND SHOULDERS. STRETCHING ROUTINES WILL ALSO BE INCLUDED TO OPEN THE HIPS, BACK, AND SHOULDERS. EACH SESSION WILL INCLUDE 3-6 FLOWS FOCUSED ON STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY. THE POLE WILL BE USED IN MOST SESSIONS. LEVEL: ALL LEVELS
EQUIPMENT NEEDED (OPTIONAL): YOGA BLOCKS, YOGA MAT, AND DRY HANDS GRIP AID.
*DO NOT WEAR ANY LOTIONS/OILS OR JEWELRY. YOU’LL NEED YOUR SKIN EXPOSED, SO BE MINDFUL NOT WEAR SHORTS THAT ARE TOO LONG OR TOPS THAT COVER THE BELLY/BACK AREA.
