Sophmore Class - Intermediate Pole Lessons
The Sophomore Lessons are for intermediate pole dancers who are looking to widen their pole tricks vocabulary, increase mobility, and strength. You’ll learn basic inverts, leg hangs, crucifix, static poses, beginner spins, different grips, and invert prep) Also, aerial transitions and tricks on spin pole will be introduced. These sessions will help you nail the fundamentals. Level: Intermediate
Equipment needed (optional): yoga blocks, yoga mat, and Dry Hands Grip Aid.
*Do not wear any lotions/oils or jewelry. You’ll need your skin exposed, so be mindful not wear shorts that are too long or tops that cover the belly/back area.
